After a rough day it was movie night. Autumn watched Jonah, Veggie Tales style. Her synopsis was "the whale at the vegetables and they tasted good". She knows when I need a good laugh! We'll work on Bible study tomorrow!

A Mollar?

Bubby only has four top teeth and two bottom teeth but I see his right mollar cutting through! Hopefully the rest fill in soon!

A letter to Mommy

Autumn was sitting at her desk writing a letter today (and she talks as she writes it)... Dear Mommy, I love you very much. Go to the store and buy me fruit loops. Love, Autumn Grace

Another Mollar

I was tickling Bubby and discovered another mollar coming in. His left top mollar cut through with one tip. His left top one has two tips through so far. Poor kid!

The magic word

Autumn: "Daddy, can you help me find my lion?
Me: What's the magic word?"
Autumn: "Abra Cadabra".

Huh?

Got a new kind of bread... Autumn: "What's up with this bread?". That was the first time she used "what's up with..." and it cracked me up!

Wanted: Interior Decorator

I asked Autumn how she'd like to decorate her room. She said "pictures". I asked her what kind of pictures. She said "of snakes". hmmm... I don't think I like that theme!

Fruit!

I asked Autumn what kind of fruit she wanted and she said those things that look like cheerios... ah, fruit loops. At least they are organic and flavored with fruit, but still, not quite what I meant - lol.

Mr. Squirrel

There's a squirrel on the deck eating from our bird feeder.
Autumn: He's so cute. Mr. Squirrel, come inside and play with me. Mr. Squirrel, Mr. Squirrel. He no hear me!
Me: Honey, Squirrels don't understand and he can't come in the house since he lives outside and doesn't know how to be good in a house. He doesn't know the rules like "no eating toys".
Autumn: Mr. Squirrel, you no eat my toys. OK, I told him the rules.
