We were walking home from Grammy and Grampy's when she noticed the moon in the sky... I don't know if she's never noticed it before or this was just an epiphany, but she got so excited and was pointing like crazy. We told her that was the "moon" which she repeated back and then kept saying. She kept reaching for it and even grabbed Grampy's hand and made him reach for it, too (he is taller but not that tall, honey!). So everyday she wants see the moon now and if it's daytime and she can't see it, we have to read every book that has a moon in it (there are a lot of them!).

Duckies and Airplanes For Father's Day
Just like Mother's Day, we decided to postpone our Father's Day celebration since Autumn wasn't feeling well (her first cough). We took Autumn to Trexler Park to see the duckies today. We're not sure which she enjoyed more - the duckies or the airplanes that were flying overhead. We also saw lots of "oof-oofs".

Chalk, Planes, and Flowers
We decided to try sidewalk chalk today - she liked it but was more impressed with the dirt on the driveway (she can say "dirt" now!) and the airplanes flying overhead. At one point she just laid down so she could watch a jet go over the house! She also enjoyed smelling the only "flower" in the yard - a dandylion growing along side the deck!

Sick Autumn
Poor Autumn threw up again today- again after having a bottle so we're going to call the dairy to see if there were any other complaints... it's strange that she was fine for 48 hours and both times got sick after having milk. We could tell she didn't feel good when she fell asleep on Dada.
